Wow, 84˚, that's hardcore. Our thermostat is set to 80˚ and everyone I know wonders how we manage to not melt during the day. Also, it's Mickey Mouse who's the grouchy neighbor. I'd personally consider it a dream come true if we ever got to live next-door to you, so please don't let his behavior cloud your judgment.
