Hooray For Science!

Any They Might Be Giants fans out there? Because I am. And you should be too, especially with their new kid-friendly (I refuse to think of it as a kids' album) release, Here Comes Science. Songs include Why Does the Sun Shine, Roy G. Biv and Meet the Elements. Here's a little taste of its awesomeness:

Yes! I saw this on tv the other day and was equally excited. Flood is one of my all-time favorite albums. Hooray for a new generation of little Giants.

Weren't they originally a kid's music band or something? I think that I heard that somewhere, anyhow. It is always nice to find kids music that doesn't make you want to pull a VanGogh.

When they tour now they have to designate certain shows as "adults only" because they had kids showing up and getting mad at Birdhouse in Your Soul. They work like two bands now.

We're already huge fans of TMBG over here and LOVE the first kid cd about the ABCs. Thanks for the heads up about the new one. Renny will love watching this video.
